GETTING STARTED

•  Free initial consultation in your home
•  We will meet and collect information about your pet's habits, needs, visitation times, and services required
•  Familiarize ourselves with where food, litter box, supplies, and toys are kept
•  Complete necessary paperwork including a veterinary release form and service agreement
•  Obtain a door key

*In the case of inclement weather, snow removal must be provided to facilitate entry to the house.

STAFF

All pet sitting services are provided by the owner herself. Only in the event of an emergency will a backup be used, who is a family member and also insured through the company. You can rest assured your precious pets will be in good hands with us!

We currently serve the areas of Fairport, Perinton, Penfield, Pittsford, Victor, and parts of East Rochester. However, we are constantly growing our service area. If you don't see your town listed, please call and we will do our best to accommodate you.

PRIVACY POLICY

We take privacy and security very seriously. When not in use, your house key will be locked in a home safe, and never kept in the same location as your personal information. We will not share your personal information with anyone, and we maintain complete client confidentiality.
